Experiment with light. An incredible journey! I‘ve just joined a group of Quakers who 'experiment with light'. We do a simple meditation, following Rex Ambler's template. It’s been illuminating as I listen to the small, quiet voice inside - not knowing each time what's going to come up next. It is a bit scary but feels deep and powerful. And the group; the more we share, the more we connect and understand each others' strengths and frailties. Life seems more exciting and more empowering.
